PMOF’s approach to property management is simple: be available, know what is happening at the property, and get things done. We believe Boards deserve straightforward information, practical guidance and management that takes responsibility for moving matters forward. That means answering the phone, maintaining accurate records and financial information, supervising vendors rather than simply forwarding proposals, and following projects through to completion. Our guiding principle is to “spend wisely” — not simply to spend less, but to use an Association’s money thoughtfully to protect and improve the property.

Managing a building well requires attention, involvement and an understanding of what is important to the people who live there. Board members are owners volunteering their time, and we want the management experience to be productive, straightforward and, just as importantly, enjoyable for everyone involved. Precision Management intentionally remains hands-on, allowing us to stay personally involved with the properties and people we manage.
